I am a licensed counseling psychologist with offices in Lakeway and Austin, Texas. As a psychologist, I provide psychotherapy services to adults and couples in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), women’s issues, parenting issues, health psychology, medical psychology and others.

I love my work as a psychologist, and consider it an honor and privilege to work with my clients and to share in their quest for personal growth. My approach to psychotherapy is interpersonal and collaborative. I develop a therapeutic alliance with my clients to help them establish and implement their treatment goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, wholeness and health. My role as a psychologist is to facilitate that innate ability for personal growth, insight and autonomy. With commitment and focus, the process of psychotherapy can bring about significant life changes.
